As much as I find the GaGa-criticisms really stupid, it’s kinda refreshing.
It’s like, they’re that big of fans. They know she can do better. And I’m not saying I don’t like Hair, or Judas, or Edge of Glory, or Born This Way, because I like all the songs. I’m not like “oh it’s Lady GaGa” so I instantly like it, I personally do like it. Well, except for BTW…
I just think that these people create such high standards for her and she really doesn’t have to fulfill anyone’s standards. If you like it, cool. If you don’t, we couldn’t care less. This album really seems to be weeding out the fans and dividing them into tiny sub-categories. I personally like where Lady GaGa is going with her music. She traveled through Bubble-gum road, passed by Goth central, and now is in Rocker’s land. It shows her music aesthetic is diverse and dynamic; her sound will constantly change.
