3000 calories?! I thought we only supposed to eat 2000 calories a day or something like that.
not if you’re trying to gain weight.. lol
I’ve been between 145-155lbs for the past few years now but my goal is to be 165 (with muscle definition of course). I’m vegetarian, celiac, with a super fast metabolism and really lazy so it’s hard for me to consume that much food sometimes to gain any weight.
I haven’t been to the gym in the past month and wanna start going again soon (once I’m not broke). I used to go 2-3x a week and although I did get more defined and in better shape, I never gained much muscle mass. That takes lots of work (eating food wise and types of exercise).
For the past few weeks I’ve been consistently eating around 3000 a day and started doing a bit of exercise almost every day but I’ve fucking lost 5lbs ughhhhh.

grilled cheese usually uses processed cheese no? that shit is nasty. “american cheese” my ass. blahh not a fan.
i also make the meanest quesadillas around so it’s hard to fall on some dirt nasty fake shit. most importantly though, now that i’m celiac and gotta be gluten free.. corn tortilla quesadillas are my everything!! <3
